Who we are

What data we collect
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 may collect:
- Pages visited and time spent
- General geographic location (country/city level, derived from IP address — not precise location)
- Device type and browser
- Referral source (how you found us)
- Link and button clicks (e.g. which streaming platform or social media link you selected)
We do not collect your name, email address, or payment information through analytics.
Cookies
GA4 uses first-party cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These are analytics cookies only — we do not use advertising, retargeting, or profiling cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; however, some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
Visitors from the EU, EEA, Spain, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia are shown a consent banner before any cookies are set. You may decline at any time. Your choice is stored locally and remembered on future visits.
How we use data
Analytics data is used solely to understand site performance, measure content engagement, and improve the visitor experience. Specifically, we may use it to:
- Understand which pages and releases receive the most attention
- See which streaming platforms or social links are most clicked
- Improve site navigation and content
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties beyond what Google Analytics requires to function.
International data transfers
When analytics data is collected, it is processed by Google LLC on servers that may be located in the United States or other countries. By using this site and accepting analytics cookies, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not have the same data protection laws as your country of residence. We rely on Google's standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements to safeguard such transfers.
Third-party links
Our pages contain links to third-party services including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, Instagram, and TikTok. Once you leave our site by clicking one of these links, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, or to object to its processing.
- EU / EEA (GDPR): Right to access, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection.
- Mexico (LFPDPPP): Right of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO rights).
- California (CCPA): Right to know what data is collected and right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal data.
- Argentina (Law 25,326): Right to access, rectification, and deletion of personal data.
- Colombia (Law 1581): Right to know, update, rectify, and delete personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, email social@noiskey.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
Do-Not-Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. We do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to these signals, as there is no universally accepted standard for how to interpret them. You may opt out of analytics tracking by declining the cookie consent banner or using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Children
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at social@noiskey.com and we will delete it promptly.
Data retention
GA4 retains event data for 14 months by default. We do not store any personal data independently beyond what GA4 collects. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Third-party services
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the data processed through this site. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Data collected by third-party services such as Google Analytics is subject to their own security practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
